• Participants under the age of 18 who meet the height and weight requirements can do the tour on their own but will need to be accompanied by an adult and present a signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian in order to do so.
• All participants must be in good medical condition to be able to take this tour.
• This experience should not be done under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgment.

• Your safety comes first so pregnant people and visitors with heart or seizure conditions, history of back or neck injuries, or any other medical condition that prevents the guest from following the safety rules and guidelines are restricted from participating in this experience.
• Guests who purchase tickets for 3 rides must complete all the rides in a single day.
• Strict dress code: Closed shoes are mandatory; no flip-flops are allowed. Ensure all loose clothing and hair below shoulder length is secured before riding.
• Backpacks, bags, umbrellas, bulky, pointed, or loose objects are prohibited.
• Guests under the influence of any form of drug or alcohol are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• All participants are required to sign a waiver. A parent or guardian must sign a waiver for participants under the age of 18 years.

Driver restrictions

• Drivers must be at least 1.38m (4.53ft) tall and 10 years old to operate a sled alone. To drive with a passenger, they must meet the height requirement of 1.5m (4.92ft) and be at least 12 years old.
• Drivers are prohibited from operating the sled if they cannot maintain a seated position, properly use safety restraints, or effectively operate the brake levers.
• Drivers who are unable to see the sled in front clearly to maintain a safe distance, or those who cannot follow all verbal and written instructions, are not permitted to operate the sled.

Passenger restrictions

• Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 3 years and under the height of 1.05m (3.44ft).
• Guests under the height of 1.38m (4.53ft) must ride as a passenger and must be accompanied by an adult (driver) who is at least 1.5m (4.92ft) tall and a minimum of 12 years old.
• Passengers who cannot securely hold onto the front handle throughout the ride are not permitted.
